Goons on Twitter

‘Seaside Resorts in Winter’, episode 13 of the third series of the Goon Show, was broadcast on 3 February 1953. As per page 24, Dick Emery appeared in place of Spike Milligan.

I’ve recently been adding in some tweets from the Larry Stephens’ Twitter account to my blogs on series 1 and 2 episodes. Julie Warren, Larry’s cousin and biographer, runs the account and has unearthed loads of gags from those early scripts.
